General Terms and Conditions of FLORBAL ID

I. General

These terms regulate the rules for the provision of the FLORBAL ID service (hereinafter referred to as the "service") between users and Český florbal s.r.o., with its registered office at Lomnického 1705/5, Prague 4, Postal Code 14000, ID No.: 27945383, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 128420 (hereinafter referred to as the "operator").

A user of the service is a person over the age of 13 or an individual using a minor's account under the conditions described below, who has successfully registered and created a user account in the Florbal ID application (hereinafter referred to as the "user"). A person under the age of 13 will be considered a minor (hereinafter referred to as the "minor") under these terms and will only be considered a user if specific legal provisions and these terms are met.

A minor's account is a user account with reduced functionality, limited collection of personal data, and restrictions on sending commercial communications and targeted advertisements. A minor's account can only be created through two-step verification along with the provision of parental consent. This two-step verification can be completed electronically (parental confirmation) and/or via a membership application form submitted by the parent during registration in a local organization/club (hereinafter referred to as the "minor's account"). Users must be over 5 years old to register for the service. By completing registration, you confirm this fact. For individuals under the age of 5, the operator reserves the right to deny registration or, in cases of false age declarations, to cancel the registration (user account). A minor's account operates based on revocable parental consent.

The service includes the creation and management of the user's FLORBAL ID account and a minor's account, provided the conditions for the minor's account are met (hereinafter referred to as the "FLORBAL ID account"). Through this account, users can access additional services provided by the operator, such as selected content on the website www.ceskyflorbal.cz, login for personalization within the Český Florbal application, login on the fanshop website, and more. Subject to the conditions, users may also gain access to premium content and services (hereinafter referred to as "related services"). The terms for using each related service are available on the operator's website. The list of services will be updated on our website, in the application, or through our business partners. The service also includes communication between the operator and the user. The user acknowledges that the operator cannot guarantee the functionality of certain third-party related services, and their legal regime may not comply with these terms.

To register for the service, users must fill out a form available on the website id.ceskyflorbal.cz. Instructions for completing and submitting the form are provided on this website. The form becomes binding only upon submission. To finalize registration, users will be prompted to follow the instructions in a confirmation email sent to the email address provided during registration. If the user does not complete registration within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email, a reminder notification with a link to complete registration will be sent. For a minor's account, confirmation must be completed by a legal guardian. The operator reserves the right to reject or cancel a user's registration at any time, even without a reason. The operator may also, at its sole discretion, delete any FLORBAL ID account. The operator reserves the right to change the registration rules and access conditions for the service. Upon changes to the rules, users must comply with the new terms as directed by the operator.

If the user is a registered member of FIS (has an existing user account in this application), they are required to use the login credentials/user accounts historically created in this application when setting up an account. By entering existing user credentials for the Florbal ID service, an account will be automatically created for the user. For a minor's account, parental consent may be required, similar to the creation of a minor's account.

The operator reserves the right to suspend or cancel the user's access to the service if the user violates the provisions of these terms, the terms of use for individual related services, or applicable laws. In the cases mentioned in this paragraph, no compensation claims will be recognized.

Multiple registrations (registration with the same email address) are not allowed.

II. Personal Data Protection

The services are provided free of charge. The user provides their personal data, which the operator collects in connection with providing the services. In accordance with the rules for processing personal data, the operator shares some collected personal data with contractual business partners (processors) for advertising, marketing, promotional, and commercial communication purposes for individual users. This does not apply to minor accounts (where the collection of personal data, data, and other information is limited).

The operator processes the user's identification and contact information for the purpose of providing the service, including any updates made by the user, as well as information about the date and time of registration and its possible termination. In this context, the user acknowledges that additional data may be required to use certain related services.

If the user has consented to cookies for marketing purposes, the operator will process records of user behavior on the operator's websites to enhance and improve the quality of products and services.

To use related services, the operator will, upon request and confirmation from the user, share the identification and contact information provided during the registration of the FLORBAL ID account. These details will be shared with the related services after the terms and conditions of the specific service are agreed upon and the user confirms their desire to use the identification and contact data from the FLORBAL ID account for the related service.

The user is required to provide accurate and complete information. The operator strongly recommends setting a unique password during registration that differs from other user passwords.

III. Login

Login is available on all platforms where FLORBAL ID is implemented, including, but not limited to, the Český Florbal website, the Český Florbal application, the Florbal Information System, and others. Users must fill in their details according to the operator's instructions.

If the user forgets their password, they can visit the website https://www.ceskyflorbal.cz/, navigate to the "Login" section in the upper right corner, and enter the email address used during registration. The operator will send a link to this email address with instructions on how to reset the password. After setting a new password, the login credentials (password) will be updated, and the user will be automatically logged into their FLORBAL ID account.

You can also change your password in the user account management section of FLORBAL ID.

IV. Use of the FLORBAL ID Account

The user is required to secure and not disclose their registration/access credentials for the FLORBAL ID account to any other person and must protect it from misuse.

Users must not use the service in a way that restricts or limits other users. The user must not use the services in a manner that hinders the use of the application/website or compromises or damages the functionality of the website or the services provided by the operator.

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on FLORBAL ID accounts:

Illegal activities, including but not limited to promoting or supporting terrorism, organized crime, or hate groups, offering sexual services, and the buying or selling of firearms, alcohol, tobacco products, drugs, or medication.
Violating the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright or trademark infringement or the distribution or sale of counterfeit or pirated goods).

Uploading viruses or malicious code, using FLORBAL ID accounts to send spam, or performing any other actions that could block, overload, disrupt, or damage the proper functioning, integrity, operation, or appearance of FLORBAL ID accounts.

Facilitating, soliciting, or collecting usernames or passwords for other FLORBAL ID accounts and abusing access tokens.
Uploading photos, videos, or digitally created content that depict sexual acts, genitals, exposed female nipples, or detailed shots of fully naked buttocks.
Otherwise misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent behavior.

The user is required to provide accurate information and to inform the operator of any changes in accordance with the specific rules for updating data set by the operator.

Users are not allowed to circumvent or disrupt the software protections of the FLORBAL ID account or interfere with its operation, particularly by sending automatically generated unsolicited messages or automatically generated access attempts to the FLORBAL ID account.

The user has the right to cancel their FLORBAL ID account at any time. The account can be canceled in the FLORBAL ID account settings. In such cases, the operator is required to delete the FLORBAL ID account and erase personal data related to the user, except for data that the operator is entitled to process without the user's consent. Canceling the FLORBAL ID account does not affect any membership in the Český Florbal association.

V. Other Provisions

Legal relationships arising from the provision of the service by the operator and the use of the service by the user, as well as related matters, are governed by these terms and the legal regulations of the Czech Republic.

If any provision of these terms is invalid or ineffective, or becomes so, a valid legal provision that closely approximates the meaning of the invalid or ineffective provision shall apply instead. The invalidity or ineffectiveness of any provision does not affect the validity of these terms.

The operator is entitled to modify these terms. Information about such changes will be published on the website where the service is provided at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

The service is provided free of charge. The operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of the service and any related services at any time. Upon the termination of the service, the user will lose access to their FLORBAL ID account that was provided as part of the service. The user acknowledges that some related services may incur charges as determined by the operator.

The operator provides the service at its sole discretion and determines its form and scope of functionality. Despite the care taken in providing the service, the operator acknowledges that temporary, partial, or complete outages may occur. Such outages, regardless of their extent or duration, do not entitle users or third parties to compensation, discounts, or substitute services.
